This position fills the vacancy of a teacher going on Maternity Leave. The teacher will teach Math (Saxon 8/7) and Science (Earth Science) for a combined 6th/7th-grade class and Math (Geometry) and Science (Physical Science) for the 9th-grade class.
The period of employment is the fourth quarter of Academic Year 22-23 and begins on March 20, 2023, and ends on May 19, with the option of contract renewal in the following academic year. Although one teacher to cover these classes is desirable, we will consider applications to teach one subject area.
Teacher requirements: Applicants must be committed Christians who are members of or faithfully attend a Christian Church. A Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in Math or Science, is preferred. Teaching experience is desired.
Our School: We are a Classical Christian School with school days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our classes are small, and our teachers are committed to and passionate about Christian Education.
